    Who is it suitable for?
    For candidates who wish to develop the knowledge and understanding for employment in supervision in the construction sector. Achieving Level 3 Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision.

    What’s involved?
    Candidates will develop the skills and knowledge required for employment in occupational work supervision in the construction industry.

    The course will cover the following areas;

    • Practical training in Plumbing, Bricklaying, Carpentry, Tiling and Plastering
    • Managing Health and Safety
    • Work Activities and Resources
    • Coordinating and Organising Work Operations
    • Confirming Occupational Methods of Work
    • Developing and Maintaining Working Relationships

    Where might it lead?
    With this qualification you gain the skills required for employment as a work place supervisor within the construction sector or to enter into the world of property development. Candidates could also progress onto further trade specific Level 3/4 NVQ Diploma’s.

    5 Weeks.

    Delivery method
    Classroom/workshop environment at our Training Centre.

    Assessment method
    Practical assignments and question based activities undertaken in a training environment. Independant and unsupervised research/learning.

    Entry requirements
    There are no formal entry requirements. No previous construction experience necessary. Suitable for learners aged 16 or over.
